Today we’d like to introduce you to Chef Benjamin Leggitte.

Hi Chef Benjamin, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Absolutely I have been in culinary now for over 16 years and I still love what I get to do every single day. I got to where I am now by constantly staying consistent and scaling my own private chef empire.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
I wish it was a smooth ride but since starting my own company 6 years ago of course this comes with alot of ups and downs and plenty of learning lessons. Some of the biggest challenges I would say would definitely have to be learning the actual business side of the business and not just knowing the cooking side.

We’ve been impressed with The Chef Benjamin experience , but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
So my business consists of me being a celebrity private chef/cooking content creator/ now food truck owner operator.

So safe to say I wear many hats in my company.

I would definitely be known for my signature dishes from the Hennessy & honey wings to my Chef Benjamin jerk lamb chops.

I would be most proud of finally owing my own food truck.

In terms of your work and the industry, what are some of the changes you are expecting to see over the next five to ten years?
Oh wow thats hard to say hopefully its still actual chefs cooking in the kitchen and not robots lol
