AIR, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
I am a Dallas based entertainer. I mostly sing and create music, but I also act, dance, and model. I grew up knowing that I wanted to be an entertainer after watching A LOT of tv. After going to school for nursing, I decided that that wasn’t my calling and dropped out. I pursued in music and instantly fell in love. I felt like I belonged. I have been in the entertainment industry for 7 years now and have seen so much growth in my life.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
I definitely had some struggles. From financial struggles, relationships struggles. I have dealt with real life issues. I’ve had to live with friends, car was stolen and then wrecked, break ups, you name it. My biggest struggle was to stay motivated and not let these obstacles get me down.
Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
I started out singing in multiple open mics. After doing that for so long, I transitioned to acting and modeling. I have opened up for Big Latto, Ginuewine, and recently Dorrough Music. My biggest accomplishments for acting and modeling are being in commercials like Mattress Firm, Smoothie King, and in the Home music video by Shaboozy and BigXthaPlug. Entertainment is my thing and I love how versatile I am. My main creative space is definitely singing, but I can do more.
What’s next?
My plans are to continue to do music and drop more songs. My songs have been getting more recognition and have been growing in streams. I also want to feature in more commercials and movies.
