Conversations with Erionna Gray

Today we’d like to introduce you to Erionna Gray.

Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
I was raised by a woman who taught me to give my best in everything I do. That mindset has shaped every chapter of my life, including my journey into modeling. Although I officially began modeling in October 2025, my love for fashion started long before that. Growing up, I admired iconic supermodels like Naomi Campbell, Gisele Bündchen, and Iman. Watching their confidence, artistry, and presence inspired me, and even as a child, I knew I wanted to be part of the fashion world in some way.

My first modeling opportunity was walking in Dallas Fashion Week, and I did it with absolutely no prior experience. It was both exciting and intimidating, but taking that leap confirmed that I was exactly where I was meant to be. Since then, the journey has been a roller coaster filled with lessons, growth, and unforgettable moments. Every photoshoot, runway, and creative collaboration has helped me become more confident—not only as a model but also as a person.

What keeps me motivated is knowing that every step forward is a promise fulfilled to my younger self. The little girl who dreamed of fashion is finally living the life she once imagined, and I carry her dreams with me into every opportunity. I know this is only the beginning, and with every challenge I overcome, I continue reaching new heights while staying true to the passion that started it all.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Like any other job, there will always be obstacles, and as someone in the creative field, it is no different. There have been drought seasons where I wasn’t getting any callbacks, where my creativity was dull, and other times where I simply felt stagnant. Those moments can be discouraging, especially in an industry that moves so quickly, but I was able to learn the reality that every journey has periods of uncertainty. There is no way to fully prepare for them, but you can choose how you respond.

I have learned to embrace and confront those seasons. They remind me that I need to reflect and give myself much-needed rest so I can properly prepare for what is to come for me with renewed creativity and grace. Every obstacle I have overcome makes me more resilient and has strengthened my mindset of possibility.

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I am a professional model based in Dallas, Texas, specializing in runway, commercial print, and beauty. While those are my primary focuses, I also enjoy working across different genres. I appreciate all types of art and the challenge of adapting to new visions. I’m known for my versatility and my ability to seamlessly embody the concept a creative team is trying to bring to life, whether that’s bold and high fashion or soft and commercial. My goal in every project is to contribute to imagery that feels intentional, authentic, and visually compelling.

What I’m most proud of is seeing a childhood dream become my reality and pushing myself into rooms that my anxious younger self would die to be in. Every step I take to grow in my career represents me choosing to believe in myself and push past hesitation.

What sets me apart is my adaptability, paired with my background in marketing and psychology. I am about to have a better understanding of storytelling, audience connection, and brand messaging. I bring both creativity and intention to my work. I bring a flexible presence in front of the camera while still maintaining a strong sense of identity and style, while still aligning with the overall vision.

Alright so before we go can you talk to us a bit about how people can work with you, collaborate with you or support you?
