Today we’d like to introduce you to Selena Nadine Solis.
Hi Selena, so excited to have you on the platform. So, before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
I was born in Mesquite, Texas and raised in Irving and Grand Prairie, Texas! I’ve lived in a total of 5 different cites around the DFW metroplex so let’s just say my love for the DFW is unreal!
Before starting my career in Real Estate, I was a cosmetologist for 5+ years and I also ran my own lash extension business. My entrepreneurial lifestyle led me into the Real Estate field, and as well as my love and knowledge of the Dallas- Fort Worth Metroplex.
Currently, I am brokered by NextHome Premier Choice in Frisco, Texas, and as well apart of Singh Real Estate Group that is lead by 2021 National Association of Realtors 30 Under 30, Nav Singh. Being a part of a top-producing, young minority real estate group is something I take pride in. My true dedication to give my clients the best services, earned me to be Singh Real Estate Group Februarys Top Producer.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Despite the challenges of the pandemic, competitive market and as some transactions bring their own challenges too. I am still able to get my clients to the closing table and that’s what I live and work so hard for.

As a licensed realtor in Dallas, Texas and its surrounding areas, my purpose is to educate and help my clients buy, sell, lease, and/or invest in Real Estate. I’m known for making the home buying/selling process smooth, easy, and memorable! I’m very passionate about what I do, and my end goal is to build relationships with each client I’m blessed to work with and as well provide them with the best service as possible.
What sets me apart from other real estate agents is my communication skills, patience, knowledge, and ability to get you into a new place to call home! When sitting at the closing table with my clients and seeing the happiness and joy in their faces is the most rewarding outcome of my job to say the least.
I am most proud of the person I am today! I am a young self-driven Latina that doesn’t give up and always learning new services and products to help better serve my clients.
What were you like growing up?
Growing up I was always an ambitious and competitive little girl whether it had to do with school or sports. My parents and teachers always told me that I can achieve and be anything in life if I continue to keep working hard, staying focus and being a go getter. And that’s something that has stuck with me till this day!
The verse Philippians 4:13 – “I can do all things through him who gives me strength.” Is a verse I grew up reciting all the time, which has helped pushed me in many ways that I’m beyond grateful for.
Fast forward to my adult life now, I don’t put limits on how successful I can truly be. There is always room to better myself and that’s something I strive and continue to do.
