Today we’d like to introduce you to Cynthia Cramblett.
Hi Cynthia, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
My journey has been anything but linear — it’s been a winding, sacred path paved with soul callings, heartbreaks, reinventions, and awakenings. I began my professional life in political advocacy, working as a lobbyist in Washington, DC, then later building businesses in the entertainment and travel industries. On paper, I had it all together — but something inside me was starving for depth, truth, and embodiment
Years ago, I experienced a seismic spiritual awakening that turned my world inside out. I began remembering ancient parts of myself — parts that felt attuned to energy healing, to sensuality as a source of power, and to the truth that pleasure is a form of prayer. This inner knowing pulled me into the study of Kundalini Yoga, Ayurveda, Reiki, energy work, and ultimately, Somatic Sexology.
Today, I am a certified somatic sexologist, intimacy coach, and energy healer — blending psycho-spiritual energy work, sacred kink, kundalini technology, Earth-based holistic healing modalities, and somatic tools to help others awaken their pleasure pathways and release deeply held emotional blocks. My work is rooted in helping people feel more connected to their truth, their body, and the divine through radical self-love and erotic embodiment.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Leaving behind identities that once defined me — whether it was the corporate professional, the people pleaser, or the “good girl” — was agonizing at times. I had to confront generational shame around sexuality, spiritual doubt, domestic abuse, and the fear of being seen too boldly in a world that often prefers women dimmed down.
One of the most tender challenges has been walking this path while also deconditioning my body from trauma and suppression. As a woman raised in the church, there were years where I associated pleasure and sensuality with danger and judgment. It took deep inner work, mentorship, and courageous reclamation to rewrite that narrative. The journey toward embodiment is not one I just guide others through — it’s one I live in devotion to alongside Spirit every single day.
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
I work at the intersection of sexuality, spirituality, and somatic healing. Through private coaching, workshops, and online programs, I guide individuals and couples into deeper connection with their desires, their boundaries, and their pleasure. I’m especially known for weaving sacred kink and shibari (rope bondage) into my somatic offerings — not as something inherently sexual, but as a powerful gateway to surrender, trust, and emotional release.
I also host the Her Drive podcast, where I feature stories of women who’ve taken unmarked roads to create lives of freedom and purpose.
What sets me apart is my ability to hold both depth and play — to walk people into the shadowy caves of their shame while also inviting them to dance, breathe, laugh, and feel their divinity pulsing through their veins. I don’t believe healing has to be sterile or stoic — it can be wildly alive.
I’m most proud of the moments when a client tells me, “I feel safe in my body for the first time,” or “I finally understand what it means to be fully seen.” That kind of transformation is beyond words and melts my heart.
Any big plans?
Oh yes — there’s so much blooming.
I’m currently designing a 3-month online training program that blends Kundalini Yoga, psycho-spiritual techniques, and somatic sexology to help people own their boundaries, speak their truth, and communicate desires with loving clarity. I’m also dreaming up an international retreat and working on a book that weaves personal stories with mystical insight about the serpent and dragon as symbols of feminine power and transformation.
More immediately, I’m excited to continue expanding my podcast and teaching more about erotic sovereignty — especially for individuals and couples who are ready to rewire their relationship with intimacy and step into full-spectrum pleasure.
Big picture? I’m here to help de-taboo the sacred and to show people that their body is not a battleground — it’s a temple. And that pleasure, when rooted in safety and intention, can be a holy act of liberation.
