Today we’d like to introduce you to Lwanda Jawar.
Hi Lwanda, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I started as a theatre actor and mode way back in 2009, I become Mr.kenya in 2010. Started doing film.
While shooting the Netflix series Sene8 from the producers of Metrix, I performed my own Stunts and got a scholarship for stunts training in Berlin under the best stunts company called Buffy connections and that’s how I become a stunts coordinator which I am perusing up to date.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
My struggles are introducing and sharing my skills to the Kenyan film industry.
Stunts is so gree in east and Central Africa.
Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
I am a Stunts performer and coordinator for film.
I specialize in choreography for fight scenes, car chase, ringing with cable work.
I am proud of having to get the chance to share my skills and knowledge with the goal of improving the film industry.whatbsets me apart from others is the skills I have and the fact that I embrace challenges and hungry for knowledge.
Are there any books, apps, podcasts or blogs that help you do your best?
