Hi Sierra, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I received my license in high school and jumped into my first salon. I hated the negative environment and wanted to create free minded space. I started as an independent stylist specializing in hair extensions shortly after. I spent 6 years as a stylist on my own, building up and learning. After I grew my clientele, I started the search for the perfect salon area. I loved the Carrollton area because it’s so up and coming! We then opened on December 11th, 2020, during COVID. It was a big risk but was so beneficial. We now have A maxing fully staff salon and our own extension line.
We all face challenges, but looking back, would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Never a smooth road learning to be the owner and not just a stylist came with challenges. Managing the business and legality came with trial and area. Not only that, but training each stylist to fit the salon’s expectations. Now 2 years in, I feel like I’ve finally had a good balance of being the stylist, owner, manager, and educator.

I personally specialize in color and hair extensions. Seeing the full transformation come to life! I’m proud of producing my own hairline and allowing same-day transformations. I think my technique and professionalism sets me apart, along with our full-service one-stop salon. I take pride in every step of the process and treat every guest as a celebrity! Always giving the Vip treatment.
