Hi Bhavna, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
My journey has been shaped by resilience, curiosity, entrepreneurship, and a deep desire to create platforms that empower people and tell meaningful stories.

Originally from India, Oman has been my home for over three decades. Living in a multicultural environment taught me the value of building relationships, understanding different perspectives, and creating opportunities that bring people together. Throughout my career, I have worn many hats: entrepreneur, publisher, business leader, strategist, community builder, and advocate for women’s empowerment.

I am the CEO of Synerggie, where I work with organizations, leaders, and brands to build meaningful partnerships, develop strategic initiatives, and create impact-driven projects. Over the years, I have had the privilege of working across industries, helping businesses grow, connecting people, and creating opportunities that generate long-term value.

Alongside my corporate work, I founded Synerggie Magazine, feMENA Magazine and Empowered Entrepreneur Magazine because I saw a need for platforms that celebrate leadership, innovation, entrepreneurship, and the incredible achievements of women and changemakers from around the world. Through these publications, I have interviewed and featured business leaders, entrepreneurs, artists, innovators, and visionaries whose stories deserve to be heard.

Storytelling has always been at the heart of what I do. Whether through publishing, public relations, events, interviews, or strategic communications, I believe stories have the power to inspire action, build communities, and create lasting change. This passion has led me to work on international projects, executive profiles, magazine cover stories, leadership features, and initiatives that connect people across borders and industries.

Throughout my journey, I have also been involved in major business development and branding initiatives, helping organizations position themselves for growth and visibility. From developing media platforms and editorial calendars to creating strategic partnerships and managing high-profile projects, I have always focused on building something meaningful rather than simply chasing titles or recognition.

Beyond business, I am deeply passionate about personal growth, spirituality, wellbeing, and continuous learning. These values have helped me navigate challenges, embrace change, and remain grounded while pursuing ambitious goals. I believe success is not only measured by professional achievements but also by the positive impact we have on others and the communities we serve.

Today, my work continues to evolve. I am expanding media platforms, developing international collaborations, creating opportunities for entrepreneurs and leaders, and working on projects that bridge business, culture, leadership, and empowerment. My mission remains the same as when I started: to create meaningful connections, amplify important voices, and build platforms that leave a lasting impact.

Looking back, the journey has not been a straight line. It has been filled with challenges, lessons, reinventions, and moments of growth. But every experience has contributed to who I am today, a business leader, publisher, entrepreneur, and storyteller committed to empowering others and creating opportunities that make a difference.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
No, it has definitely not been a smooth road, and I believe that is true for most entrepreneurs and business leaders.

Like many people who build something from the ground up, I have faced my share of challenges, setbacks, and moments of uncertainty. Building businesses, publications, and platforms requires more than just vision, it demands persistence, resilience, and the ability to keep moving forward even when things do not go according to plan.

One of the biggest challenges has been wearing multiple hats at the same time. As an entrepreneur, publisher, business leader, strategist, and community builder, there have been periods when I was managing several projects simultaneously while ensuring that each one received the attention it deserved. Balancing growth, resources, finances, partnerships, and execution has often required long hours, difficult decisions, and a willingness to adapt quickly.

Another challenge has been building credibility and creating opportunities in highly competitive industries. Whether in publishing, media, business development, or strategic consulting, success does not happen overnight. There were times when I had to work harder to earn trust, prove value, and demonstrate results before people fully understood the vision behind what I was trying to build.

As a woman in business, I have also experienced situations where I had to overcome stereotypes, navigate complex professional environments, and push through barriers that are not always visible. These experiences taught me the importance of confidence, perseverance, and staying true to my values.

Launching and growing media platforms such as feMENA Magazine and Empowered Entrepreneur Magazine came with their own challenges. Creating meaningful content, attracting contributors, building readership, developing partnerships, and ensuring sustainability requires continuous effort. There are always moments when you question whether a project will reach its full potential, but those moments often become the catalyst for innovation and growth.

Like many entrepreneurs, I have also faced financial pressures, project delays, unexpected obstacles, and initiatives that did not work out exactly as planned. However, I have learned that every setback carries a lesson. Some of my greatest growth has come from experiences that initially felt like failures.

On a personal level, maintaining balance while pursuing ambitious goals has been an ongoing journey. Leadership can sometimes feel lonely because many of the decisions and responsibilities ultimately rest with you. Over time, I learned the importance of self-care, spirituality, personal growth, and surrounding myself with people who inspire and support me.

Looking back, I would not change the challenges because they shaped who I am today. They taught me resilience, patience, adaptability, and gratitude. Every obstacle strengthened my belief that success is not about avoiding difficulties; it is about continuing to move forward despite them.

Today, when I look at the businesses, publications, partnerships, and communities I have helped build, I see not only the achievements but also the lessons behind them. Those lessons have become some of my greatest assets and continue to guide me as I take on new opportunities and challenges.

I am the CEO of Synerggie Oman, a business development, strategic consulting, media, and relationship-building company that helps organizations grow through partnerships, brand positioning, communications, events, and business expansion strategies. Over the years, Synerggie has built a reputation for connecting the right people, ideas, and opportunities, enabling businesses to achieve sustainable growth and visibility in both local and international markets.

Any big plans?
The future is incredibly exciting, and I believe I am entering one of the most meaningful phases of my journey. While I am proud of what has been built so far, I see it as the foundation for something much bigger.

One of my key priorities is expanding the reach and impact of our media platforms, particularly feMENA Magazine and Empowered Entrepreneur Magazine. I want these publications to become globally recognized platforms for leadership, entrepreneurship, innovation, women’s empowerment, and meaningful storytelling. The goal is not only to grow our readership but also to create stronger communities where people can learn, collaborate, and be inspired by one another’s journeys.

I am also focused on expanding Synerggie’s international footprint by developing strategic partnerships, cross-border collaborations, and business opportunities that connect organizations, leaders, and innovators across different regions. Having spent years building strong relationships across the Middle East, India, Europe, and beyond, I see tremendous opportunities to create platforms that facilitate knowledge sharing, investment, innovation, and business growth on a global scale.

Another exciting area is the growth of our events and thought leadership initiatives. I believe there is a growing need for authentic conversations around leadership, entrepreneurship, technology, wellness, diversity, and the future of business. I look forward to creating more conferences, forums, awards, networking platforms, and community-driven experiences that bring people together and create real value.

Publishing is another area I am passionate about. I am currently working on several book-related projects and see authorship as an important part of my future. Books have the power to preserve stories, inspire generations, and create lasting impact, and I am excited about contributing more to that space.

I am also committed to supporting and mentoring emerging entrepreneurs, women leaders, and young professionals. Throughout my career, I have benefited from guidance, opportunities, and meaningful relationships, and I believe it is important to create pathways for others to succeed. Building ecosystems that empower people is something I hope to continue doing on a larger scale.

Beyond business growth, I am increasingly interested in projects that bring together leadership, wellbeing, creativity, culture, and social impact. The future of success is not just about financial performance; it is about creating meaningful experiences, supporting communities, and helping people thrive both personally and professionally.

Personally, I look forward to continuing my own journey of learning and growth. Every year teaches me something new, and I remain curious about new industries, emerging technologies, evolving business models, and different ways of creating impact. I believe the best leaders never stop learning.
