Brooke, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
I’ve always been passionate about creating meaningful experiences and bringing people together through well-planned events. Throughout my professional career leading teams and coordinating events, I discovered that my strengths lie in organization, attention to detail, and creating seamless experiences for others. That passion ultimately inspired me to launch Plan with Brooke, where I help clients bring their vision to life while eliminating the stress that often comes with planning. As a business owner, I’m committed to continuous growth, building strong relationships, and providing a level of service that allows every client to feel confident, supported, and fully present during their special event.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
While the journey has been incredibly rewarding, it hasn’t always been easy. I’m very thankful for the support I’ve received along the way, but overcoming self-doubt has been one of my biggest challenges. Each opportunity has helped me grow in confidence and continue believing in the vision behind Plan with Brooke and even in myself.

Plan with Brooke is an event coordination & production business dedicated to creating intentional, stress-free experiences that truly reflect each client’s vision. I specialize in thoughtful planning, creative problem-solving, and attention to every detail, from intimate gatherings to larger occasions. What sets my brand apart is my collaborative approach. I believe the best events come from partnering with my clients, not taking over their ideas. My goal is to make the planning process enjoyable, organized, and personal so clients can be fully present and enjoy every moment with confidence.
What makes you happy?
What makes me happiest is being able to use my creativity to bring joy to others. Whether it’s creating a beautiful event, building relationships, or helping someone’s vision come to life, I love being part of moments that people will remember.
