Hi Eddie, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
My business Add On Insurance agency was started by me thinking of different ways I can help people. I am a people person and I’m the type that when I see a need I like to try and fix it. So back in 1994 I became an insurance agent. And it was such a great joy to be able to help families get insured because it was something that everybody needed. Later on in life I adventured on to a different profession also helping people. I get so much joy when I see the satisfaction from helping those who need help. So back in 2022 I decided to start my own agency. Which is now Add On Insurance Agency. I insure, people that need life insurance, automobile insurance, cancer insurance, homeowners insurance, and even tornado and hail insurance. I am always trying to help people that are in need especially insurance. There will become a day that we all will have to be called home by God. It hurts my heart to see people go through heartache and pain and also not have life insurance. So that’s when I come in. I am here for you, and here to support you.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
And we all know that having a business sometimes you face bumps in the road. We all know that it takes customers for your business to succeed. So trying to help families sometimes they don’t have the funds. So those are the struggles I face along the way sometimes. But I know if I just hang in there and keep helping things will eventually work out as they have been.
