Today we’d like to introduce you to Francine Ivey

Hi Francine, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
I began this incredible journey during a challenging time in my life. It was 2017, and things seemed perfect. My husband, a pastor, had just started a new church, and we were celebrating 27 years of marriage and raising three wonderful kids. That morning, he delivered a powerful sermon titled “Consumed by the Call,” urging us to embrace our calling, regardless of the difficulties. Little did I know, the challenge he spoke of would soon become my reality. That evening, after he went to the store and I was on a conference call with my team, tragedy struck, and I lost him in a car accident on his way home. My world shattered.

In the midst of my grief, I turned to Facebook Live to share my heartache—a raw, tear-filled moment. Expecting only a handful of views, I was astounded when it went viral, reaching over 34,000 people in just a few hours. The outpouring of support was overwhelming, and it led me to continue broadcasting live every weekday morning for the next 3.5 years. Unbeknownst to me, God was expanding my sphere of influence.

During this time, I discovered the world of coaching and was captivated by the techniques and methods that facilitated real breakthroughs. The power of asking the right questions to help people achieve their goals and improve their lives resonated deeply with me, and I knew coaching was my calling. Although starting out was slow, my passion never waned, and by 2019, I joined a corporate coaching team, witnessing the transformative impact of coaching within a team setting.

In 2021, I felt God’s call to establish my own coaching company. Blessed with an incredible team, we’ve now grown to include ten dedicated coaches and staff members. Together, we’ve had the privilege of serving hundreds of Kingdom Entrepreneurs across the nation and, as of this year, around the world. My journey from grief to growth taught me that with faith and the right support, anyone can turn their pain into purpose.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
As stated before it started hard, but God always had us. There was also alot of learning especially as I started my own company. I don’t have a background in business but I have always been an entrepreneur. So some things came natural but somethings had a big learning curve.

I also “always” hire a coach. A coach without a coach…is not worth hiring! As a coach I take it seriously to always be growing and learning especially in a world that is changing so fast. Learning the ends and out of business, hiring, letting go, scaling. It’s all a part of success. I always tell my clients…failure is not the opposite of success, its a stepping stone along the way. Fail forward as John Maxwell tells us and we never truly fail we just learn.

So there have been ups and downs and times that I loved it all and times where I probably wanted to chuck it all but mostly I just love the impact we get to have on the lives we get to serve. I love the heart of our team. Our motto is “We are here for you success, because we take it personally!”

We help Kingdom Entrepreneurs and Coaches take their passion, skillset and purpose and turn it into a thriving business that they love, without compromising their walk with Christ.

We have 3 pillars at Consumed Coaching, We are unapologetically faith-based, we keep things personal, and strive for excellence in all we do and how we show up for our clients.

We offer two programs: One is a certification program for faith-based coaches. We also have a proprietary 4 phase program to help Kingdom Entrepreneurs and Coaches build a healthy, thriving, and prosperous business, one that is not only successful but is intentionally impactful and significant.

We believe everyone has a purpose and calling on their life and we are their to partner with them to help discover, unpack it, grow it and launch it!

Any big plans?
It is our desire to continue to grow our impact and continue to grow as a team. Our 5 year goal is to have 100 coaches on staff serving clients all over the world. We want to start a movement that that helps people take their expertise and helps them become an authority, a thought leader in their area. We believe inside many people are books that need to be written, new companies that need to launched, courses, keynotes, and ministries that are waiting to start. And each of those have people waiting to be impacted.
