Hi IRMA, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
My journey began with a deep passion for creativity, communication, and helping businesses connect with their communities. I studied Social Communication and earned my degree as a licensed communications professional, which gave me the foundation to understand the power of branding, marketing, and strategic communication.
Before moving to Dallas, I owned a business similar to IROS Advertising & Embroidery in my home country, where I gained valuable experience working with entrepreneurs and local businesses. When I arrived in Texas, I decided to continue pursuing that same passion and vision. For the past six years, I have proudly worked throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth area, building and growing my company while helping businesses strengthen their image through strategic communication, branding, embroidery, promotional products, printing, signage, uniforms, and creative marketing solutions.
What started as a personal dream gradually became a company focused not only on providing services, but also on supporting entrepreneurs and small businesses as they grow within their communities. I truly enjoy helping business owners bring their ideas to life, create a professional identity, and feel confident about their brand.
At the same time our business has grown, our family has also grown alongside it. One of the greatest blessings throughout this journey has been having the unconditional support of my husband, who is also part of the strategic team behind the company. Building this business has truly been a family effort, driven by shared goals, sacrifice, creativity, and the desire to continue making our vision bigger every day.
Like many entrepreneurs, my path has included challenges, sacrifices, and continuous learning, but every step has strengthened my commitment to growth, creativity, and service. Today, I continue expanding my business while staying focused on my mission of helping others grow and succeed through effective communication and branding.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It has not always been a smooth road. Like many entrepreneurs, I faced challenges such as starting over in a new country, building a business from the ground up, adapting to a different market, and balancing both family and professional responsibilities. There were moments of uncertainty, long hours, and sacrifices behind the scenes, especially while growing the company little by little. However, those experiences helped me become more resilient, creative, and determined. Every challenge has taught me valuable lessons and motivated me to continue growing both personally and professionally.

IROS Advertising & Embroidery is a creative business focused on helping entrepreneurs, organizations, and small businesses grow through strategic communication, branding, and customized promotional solutions. One of the main things that sets us apart is that we do not start simply by offering a product — we begin by understanding the client’s goals and developing a communication strategy tailored to what they want to achieve.
Depending on the client’s needs, we work step by step, starting from the foundation: creating or strengthening the brand identity, understanding the business niche, identifying the target audience they want to reach, and developing the right message and visual direction for their market. From there, we help bring the strategy to life through embroidery, custom apparel, promotional products, signage, printing, uniforms, audiovisual content, and marketing materials designed to create visibility and connection within the community.
What makes our company special is the personalized and strategic approach behind every project. We understand that every business has a different story, audience, and vision, so we focus on creating solutions that truly represent the client and help them stand out in a competitive market.
One of the things I am most proud of is building a brand that has grown through trust, creativity, and genuine relationships with the community. More than selling products, our mission is to help businesses feel confident in their image, strengthen their presence, and continue growing successfully.
We’d be interested to hear your thoughts on luck and what role, if any, you feel it’s played for you?
I believe that both good and bad luck have played a role in my journey, but more than luck, it has been perseverance, faith, and consistency that have truly shaped my path. There have been difficult moments, unexpected challenges, and situations that forced me to adapt and start over, especially while building a business in a new country. At the same time, I also consider myself fortunate to have met supportive people, loyal clients, and opportunities that helped my business continue growing.
Sometimes what may seem like “bad luck” ended up teaching me important lessons and pushing me to become stronger and more creative. And the “good luck” moments often came after a lot of hard work and dedication behind the scenes. Overall, I see every experience good or difficult as part of the process that helped shape both me and IROS Advertising & Embroidery into what we are today.
