Hi Uma & Seema, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
I started out with a pretty simple goal: build something of my own that creates value for families and the community while also being financially sustainable. Early on, I was drawn to service-based businesses—places where customer experience really matters and where small improvements can make a big difference.
That led me into acquiring and operating local businesses here in North Texas. One of my first major steps was getting involved in family-focused spaces like indoor play centers. I saw an opportunity to take something that already existed and elevate it—cleaner facilities, better-organized events, and a stronger focus on customer experience. That’s how I got involved with places like Prosper Playhouse and Jungle Land.
Today, I’m focused on growing a small portfolio of businesses that are operationally strong, community-driven, and scalable. The goal is to continue improving what we have, expand thoughtfully, and create experiences that people genuinely enjoy coming back to.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Not at all—and especially since it’s only been about two months, it’s been more of a fast learning curve than a smooth road.
Overall, it hasn’t been smooth, but that’s expected this early. The focus right now is stabilizing operations, fixing what wasn’t working, and slowly building a stronger foundation for growth.

Prosper Playhouse is a family‑focused indoor play center in Prosper, Texas offering day passes, birthday parties, a cafe. We offer events like Birthday Parties, Morning Donut Parties, and for people to rent out the place for Private events too for any occasion the families like to host.
Prosper Playhouse focuses on recreation and family events: drop‑in play, supervised party hosting, so caregivers can work or relax while kids play. It’s useful for parents seeking birthday venues or regular playtime.
What were you like growing up?
Growing up I always dreamed of owning a place like Prosper Playhouse because I wanted to build a community‑based business that gives families a fun, safe place to connect. I’m passionate about designing welcoming spaces for kids, creating programs that support parents, and running an operation that balances safety, strong customer service, and sustainable growth.
