Today we’d like to introduce you to Adan Pacheco.
Hi Adan, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
One day in April of 2022 my mom told me “let’s do something together, I’m only getting older and I won’t be able to help you much in down the road” she was 55 at the time. I was 27. My mom worked in a kitchen many years and always loved cooking for other. I went to a community college for culinary for 2 years. I graduated from TCC in 2018. The day she told me . I spent my life savings on a food trailer. And set up shop acouple weeks later cinco de mayo weekend. We didn’t have much luck with the food truck. Then we found out about “pop-ups” so instead of hauling around a food trailer. We set-up with flat-top, acouple coolers under a canopy. We took off from there. May of 2023. We found a spot inside a yellow runned down convenience store down the street from our home in Grand Prairie. The kitchen was tiny but we made it work. Early 2024 a founder from Four corners brewery reached out to us. Offered us the kitchen inside the taproom. May of 2024 we opened up inside four corners brewery.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Road was not easy. We didn’t have much money. But I got my mom’s work ethic. So I knew aslong we worked together, Nothign would stop us from succeeding.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
Mon and son business. We are known for our Smash burgers, carne asada fries, tacos and Agua frescas. We grind our meat for our burgers daily using only prime brisket. We stayed true to ourselves.
