Inspiring Conversations with Andrea Soto Rosales of Ana’s Restaurant

Today we’d like to introduce you to Andrea Soto Rosales.

Hi Andrea, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
My parents started their taqueria in the location right next to our current one back in 2009. Then another taqueria inside a convenience store. Opened Ana’s Restaurant in 2016.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
yes and no
yes because running a Restaurant is something we love doing not everything is about money. We love serving our community. Although with no customers who can we offer our dishes to? Starting with COVID and now everything being expensive some people even working multiple jobs.

As you know, we’re big fans of Ana’s Restaurant . For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about the brand?
Ana’s is a small family owned business. Being 100% Authentic Mexican food. Everything made fresh daily. There is no chefs here in Ana’s. Just 2 people who came from Mexico and brought their recepies with them.

Can you share something surprising about yourself?
