Hi Ashley, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstories with our readers?
I was first introduced into the Body Contour industry when I was on a mission to lose weight for my wedding. Typically, I’ve always been super weight conscious and into image. After getting back into the swing of gym life, I noticed the weight was not dropping as fast as it used to & certain areas were just being stubborn. Of course, like almost any woman my next thought was “Hello Lipo, where are you at because here I come!” Long story short I started to rethink this surgery thing & go for a more holistic option. I knew if I had a little push & motivation, I could handle the rest. I decided to seek other options and started looking more into non-invasive treatments. After getting a few sessions done on myself and saw how effective the results were combined with my daily routine and I was addicted! I ended up driving to Houston to attend training from Texas Laser Institute. I came back and started perfecting my craft, opened my shop, and never looked back.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Surprisingly, it’s been a real smooth transition for me! I started out part-time working 3-4 days a week in the evenings after my corporate job and within 6 or 7 months the pandemic hit, which was of course the ultimate scare. But I maneuvered very well taking time to process, prepare properly for my opening, and business plans. I offered virtual consultations & guidance closer to the reopening of the state and was already pre-booked for the first 30 days after the states opening! Not even 4 months after the state opened back up, I was released from my corporate job. I was completely comfortable and secure with my business w/o being affected. Because of that great blessing in disguise, it was an amazing transition for me!

Not to mention I’m a certified Weight Management & Nutrition specialist under the ISSA Association. We also just launched our Affirmations & Active Wear line in September. Which promotes body positivity and affirmations, to uplift our beautiful images along their journey. I’m super passionate about getting clients results and pushing them to their limits, when it comes to transforming bodies. It’s a personal high I can’t even explain, but I love what I do and my client’s reactions!
Can you talk to us a bit about the role of luck?
I must say I have stayed spiritually grounded and connected with the universe during this entire transition. Which has allowed me to be blessed with not only achieving goals for myself but ultimately my clients which truly thrive my business and upcoming success.
