Inspiring Conversations with Brianna of Bri’s dollhouse llc

Today we’d like to introduce you to Brianna.

Hi Brianna, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I was 16 years old when I first started I used to always love art and loved everything about it. I used to get my nails done very frequently when I was younger and then Covid hit so I thought I’d pick up a brand new skill and from then on, I started doing everyone’s in my high school. I started doing my friends and families nails . And now as of last month, I have completed five years of running my own business throughout these years I’ve taken courses I’ve gotten licensed and continuing education and now I celebrate five years.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
I would say being young and naïve sometimes cost you a little bit more throughout this process I realized how valuable it was to stay educated and to always educate yourself. I wish I started later on with the knowledge that I have now as many do, but I definitely would have waited a little bit longer before I started working on others. I also was not sure of how things were going to go after graduation. I thought that everything was going to fall into place and due to me not being in school anymore. I would have more time available for potential clients however this is not the case for me I saw how quickly a lot of my clients who were regulars ended up, moving away, going off to college started paying real bills, and all before you know it, majority of my clientele was gone of course this was a huge disappointment because I was booked every day after school. I thought I had failed and that I wasn’t doing as good. This led me into pouring my entire existence into my work and pushed me to go a lot harder. Seen how real it gets, and how it can go from being successful to nothing the very next day really played a lot on my mind.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
I am a young Latina entrepreneur. I specialize in acrylic nails I am known for doing long and exotic to short and simple being able to fit in any area and any category in which you are in need of I’m proud of the connections I’ve made along the way, regardless of someone’s experience, whether they had me in the beginning or now I can guarantee you that I always showed up with a smile. My work has came a long way as well, even though I am truly talented. It also means so much to me that other people recognize how I’ve treated them as well. I would like whoever is reading to know that you will find a connection in me through anything. I’ve had the craziest clients . I’ve had the simplest of clients and it doesn’t matter I do Mom‘s nails and I do girls who are younger than me. It doesn’t matter. You will find a home with me no matter what. I also want to show other young women that there is an environment where we can encourage one another and educate each other instead of always having to be at the same level we are allowed to grow, and we are allowed to be different in any area of our lives, I am a prime example of if I can do it so can you

Can you talk to us a bit about happiness and what makes you happy?
Seeing how far my business has come with the amount of work I put in I’m a strong believer of what you put in is exactly what you get out and I truly do see that in my business and honestly, this is the most I put in and right now I’m seeing the most out of it, but truthfully, this is only the beginning. I feel like now that I’m older even though I’m still young with this business I’ve been growing. I’ve learned a lot and I’m excited for what’s next and honestly, I’m just so happy and grateful of how I’m seeing my business turn out because it has been truly a blessing.
