Growing up in Dallas, I always had that hustle in me, always looking for ways to make something out of nothing. I worked in different industries, and even helped out in landscaping, learning the grind and how to keep customers happy. But when it came to auto detailing, I saw a gap, everybody focused on making cars look shiny, but nobody was talking about how a dirty ride can mess with your health.
That’s when Smart Clean Auto was born.
I didn’t just want to detail cars, I wanted to change the way people think about their driving environment. A clean car isn’t just about looking good, it’s about feeling good, breathing cleaner air, and riding in a space that’s actually good for you. I started from the ground up in Dallas, putting in the work, building a reputation, and showing clients what real detailing is all about. The vision took off, and now we’re in Raleigh, gearing up to take this nationwide.
For me, this isn’t just about washing cars, it’s about setting a new standard, shifting mindsets, and building something that lasts. The road hasn’t been easy, but that’s what makes the journey real.

Not at all, it’s been a grind from day one. Building something from the ground up always comes with challenges. In the beginning, I had to prove that Smart Clean Auto wasn’t just another detailing service but something different, something built on wellness and quality. Educating people on why a clean car matters for their health wasn’t easy, but I stayed consistent.
There were times when business was slow, and I had to hustle even harder to get the word out. Expanding to a new city came with its struggles, learning a new market, building trust, and making sure the quality stayed top-tier. But every challenge has been a lesson, and every setback has fueled the next move.

What was your favorite childhood memory?
One of my best childhood memories was washing cars with my pops. It wasn’t just about getting the car clean, it was about time spent and lessons learned. We’d be out there, buckets and rags, music going, just talking about life. He showed me what hard work really meant, how the little details matter, and that if you’re gonna do something, do it right. I didn’t realize it then, but those moments shaped me.
