Hi Jobe, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I am a master hat shaper with over 25 years of experience in the hat industry. After working for leading hat companies, I started my own business in 2016. Our reputation for outstanding customer service, premium-quality hats, and expert shaping has fueled our success, allowing us to expand to two locations and serve customers worldwide through our online store. We are a family business, my wife and I work really hard with our goal to teach and direct our kids in the right path and eventually they will take over the business. I am a proud dad, my oldest Jobe Jr has his own brand and is also very successful , Isaiah my Son 18yr old also just started his own brand and it is growing very well, my 12yr old Jonah loves to shape hats and I see a bright future ahead for him and my princess Gianna loves to be on camera, she loves to dance and sing. My 3 boys know my secrets in my shaping skills and will continue the legacy.

What sets us apart from the rest is our unique shaping skills. We are also one of the only stores in the DFW that carry all major hat brands. We also have our brand “JH Brand” that has grown to be a reputable brand. Our brand and merchandise is from hats to caps, clothing, boots, accessories and many more. I am honored to say our JH Brand has been on red carpet events, and many famous and important events. We are also very involved in the community and sponsor rodeo event, rodeo athletes, music bands, etc.
In terms of your work and the industry, what are some of the changes you are expecting to see over the next five to ten years?
I plan on expanding and having more stores.
