Inspiring Conversations with Lonice Stoker of Laced by Lonice Spa & Boutique

Today we’d like to introduce you to Lonice Stoker.

Hi Lonice, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I started off in corporate America at what I thought my dream job as an assistant buyer doing Eyelash Extensions as a side hustle after I would get home from my 8-5 job. I would take lash clients starting at 6pm working until 10pm and even 12am sometimes. I was laid off from my corporate job and I immediately knew Esthetics was my passion and where I was supposed to be full time. And this is now my 11th year from when I started Esthetics school. My life changed for the better becoming an Esthetician.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Absolutely not! With this being my 11th year in business and becoming a high demand esthetician, hiring a team came something I had to do in order to keep up with the demand. It’s truly a blessing of being booked but when you have a waiting list for months can be overwhelming. So I began to train other estheticians and teach them the Laced by Lonice way to add value to my business and trim down my wait list.

I am the Founder and CEO of Laced by Lonice Spa & Boutique, a luxury results-driven spa brand based in Dallas, Texas specializing in advanced skincare, corrective treatments, lashes, body contouring, and overall self-care experiences designed to help clients feel confident from the inside out. What started as a passion for beauty and healing has evolved into an award-winning spa brand, educational platform, and growing movement focused on empowerment, confidence, and transformation.

Over the years, we have become known for delivering luxury experiences while also producing real, visible skin results. Our clients know us for our attention to detail, elevated customer experience, advanced skincare knowledge, and the genuine care we provide every person who walks through our doors. We specialize in customized treatments because we believe skincare is never one-size-fits-all. Whether someone comes to us for acne, hyperpigmentation, aging concerns, relaxation, or confidence restoration, our goal is always to create lasting transformation.

What truly sets us apart is the heart behind the brand. Beyond services, we are deeply committed to education, mentorship, and community impact. I have mentored beauty professionals, created apprenticeship opportunities for licensed estheticians, and I am currently building Laced University Skin & Esthetics to help elevate the next generation of estheticians through real-world business education, hands-on training, and leadership development.

Community service is also a major part of our mission. From providing complimentary facials to breast cancer survivors during Breast Cancer Awareness Month, to serving families at Ronald McDonald House and local nursing homes, I believe beauty and self-care should also be connected to compassion and purpose.

Brand-wise, I am most proud that we have built a trusted brand that people genuinely connect with. We’ve grown through consistency, authenticity, results, and relationships. I’m proud that our brand has expanded beyond the treatment room into skincare products, mentorship, education, speaking opportunities, philanthropy, and creating opportunities for others in the beauty industry.

I want readers to know that Laced by Lonice Spa & Boutique is more than a spa — it is a brand built on resilience, excellence, impact, and legacy. Every service, product, class, mentorship opportunity, and client experience is intentionally created to help people glow confidently in every area of their lives.

What are your plans for the future?
The future of Laced by Lonice Spa & Boutique is centered around expansion, education, impact, and legacy. One of the biggest things I am currently preparing for is the launch of Laced University Skin & Esthetics in 2026, which is something I am incredibly passionate about. My vision is to create an esthetics school that goes beyond teaching skincare techniques and truly prepares students for real success in the beauty industry through hands-on education, business development, leadership training, and mentorship.

I’m also looking forward to continuing to grow our skincare brand and expanding our luxury spa experiences, while introducing more advanced technology and innovative treatments to better serve our clients. As the beauty industry continues to evolve, I want our brand to remain at the forefront by combining results, education, wellness, and elevated client care.

Another major goal of mine is expanding our community impact and philanthropic efforts. Giving back has always been deeply important to me, and I want to continue creating opportunities that support confidence, self-care, entrepreneurship, and wellness within our community.

Personally and professionally, I’m excited about building more legacy-driven opportunities — not just for myself, but for future estheticians, entrepreneurs, women, and young girls who may see themselves in my journey. I want the next phase of my career to focus not only on growth, but also on creating lasting impact and opening doors for others.

I truly believe we are only scratching the surface of what this brand can become, and that is what excites me most about the future.
