Today we’d like to introduce you to Schatze Parham
Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
My journey to Real Estate is actually funny looking back on it. I was working in the clinical research industry and all of sudden I wasn’t. I had this “free time” and was like might as well do Real Estate. Two weeks later I enrolled in Champions School of Real Estate. I went to class every weekend for 6 weeks straight, Signed with a broker the end of September 2023 for apartment locating, came in hot with my first deal in my first 30 days, and haven’t looked back since.
The secret to my growth has been setting ambitious goals and competing with myself to reach them. I’ve also leaned heavily on the diversity and opportunities Dallas provides.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
The road hasn’t been completely smooth. Starting out, building clientele was my biggest struggle. I knew I had to stand out in order to elevate my business and gain more clients/referrals.
Business has picked up for me and I no longer have the same struggle as when I started.
Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about MERGEUS?
My brand is simple; I specialize in results. I work with people to find the perfect spaces for their needs in all stages of life; whether that’s a dream home, an investment property, or a commercial space to grow their own business.
What sets me apart is that I actually enjoy what I do! My commitment to excellence and authenticity when it comes to my business allows me to treat every client with the same level of care and dedication.
I’m most proud of how much I’ve accomplished in such a short amount of time. The best part is, I’m just getting started!
We’d be interested to hear your thoughts on luck and what role, if any, you feel it’s played for you?
One day, I asked my broker to wish me luck, and his response stuck with me: “I only wish luck to people who need it. . . people who don’t have talent.”
That moment shifted my perspective. I realized I’ve never truly relied on luck.
I no longer wait for a “lucky break”. I’ve always set goals, created strategies, and worked to deliver for my clients. It’s about preparation, hard work, seizing opportunities, and most importantly faith. I know good things are always right around the corner for me.
