Today we’d like to introduce you to Ashlyn Logan.
Hi Ashlyn, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
Only Ash is a alternative/pop artist, currently making music and vibes with the support of my manager Justin from New York and as a member of Revolutionary Days alongside Noah Smith.
My journey started with early experiments where I sometimes tried to sound like others just to fit in. Over time, I learned the importance of originality and started forging my own path instead. That shift led to real growth—especially on my solo lofi/alternative album **Undressed** (November 2025). When I re-listened to it recently, I felt genuinely proud; people noticed the improvement in songwriting, production, and emotional depth, and that made me really happy.
From there, I put out **Lost Songs** (the vault of unreleased demos and deep cuts), the raw rock-leaning band album **Revolutionary Days** (self-titled), and the fun, bite-sized **mix tape** (the three-minute album). These four releases wrapped up a full chapter under the Orchard era. After that, I switched to full independence with my own label and EverDistro—so now I can drop whenever I want without waiting on anyone.
I decided three albums plus one compilation was enough, The only remaining things dropping this month: the solo cinematic instrumental In The Office (made for an upcoming short film, with a voice element at the end) and the band instrumental Edge Of The Bed (first Revolutionary Days release since the album, with a vocal layer at the start).
Right now I’m focusing on the short film—filming starts soon—and a lot of the canceled musical material and ideas will be repurposed for it. After these two drops, expect a quieter stretch while I pour energy into the project.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Almost giving up was the biggest challenge, but my girlfriend got me through the hardest time of my life, that was what Our World And NO HARM! on the undressed album was about, and there was fake people in my life at one point. Which inspired the song Hard Days, those people would be laughing ”when I’m gone” and I’m saying ”you won, you be laughing when I’m gone” because it’s what they would be doing.

What would you say have been one of the most important lessons you’ve learned?
Don’t trust everybody, that’s all I will say, lesson learned.
