Hi Brittany, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I began my real estate career working alongside Mark Kreditor, one of the most respected brokers in the Dallas–Fort Worth area & President of the National Association of Realtors. Under his leadership, I learned the foundations of real estate operations, marketing, and negotiation — gaining the kind of hands-on experience that shaped how I run my business today. Those early years taught me to approach real estate not just as transactions, but as relationships built on integrity, precision, and long-term strategy.
After years of experience within corporate Ibuyer industry and large-scale acquisitions, I founded and now proudly serve as the Owner and Lead Realtor of INXT Realty Group Brokered by eXp— a full-service real estate firm serving clients throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex and beyond. My vision for INXT Realty was simple: to create a brokerage that combines innovation with genuine service, where clients receive expert-level strategy, cutting-edge marketing, and honest guidance at every step. No pressure only teamwork.
I’m deeply rooted in the Metroplex, and my business has grown organically through client trust, repeat business, and referrals. At any given time, I manage between 10 and 25 active listings, ensuring that each client receives personalized attention and expert-level service — whether buying or selling a first home, an investment property, or a luxury estate. I pride myself on helping clients make confident, pressure-free decisions that protect and grow their equity.
My network includes partnerships with investors who purchase property “as is, where is,” allowing sellers to move quickly without costly repairs or delays. I also represent a strong portfolio of buyers and sellers, offering the same commitment to transparency and results at every price point. For me, real estate isn’t about the size of the transaction — it’s about the quality of the service and the trust that follows.
I’ve always been drawn to innovation. I made history as the first Realtor in Dallas to close a real estate transaction on the blockchain, and I continue to help clients use cryptocurrency to purchase real estate — bridging the gap between traditional property ownership and modern finance. Most people don’t realize how blockchain is transforming title security, ownership verification, and transaction efficiency. I love guiding clients through that new frontier with confidence and clarity.
Beyond real estate, I’m also a small business owner — the proud owner of The Amethyst Venue, a boutique event space that reflects my love for community, creativity, and entrepreneurship. In my free time, I channel that same passion into investing, always seeking new opportunities to grow, learn, and build long-term value both personally and professionally.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It definitely hasn’t always been a smooth road — but I think that’s what makes this career so rewarding. Real estate is my life’s work, and my growth has always evolved right alongside the market. Every season brings new challenges — whether it’s navigating shifting interest rates, market corrections, or changing buyer behavior — but I’ve learned to see those moments as opportunities to sharpen my skill set and serve my clients even better.
In the beginning, my biggest challenge was gaining experience and credibility in a field built on trust. For years, I kept my focus strictly on data and results, almost hiding behind the numbers because I wanted to be recognized for performance, not promotion. I wasn’t interested in being flashy — I wanted to be respected. Over time, as my track record grew and my results spoke for themselves, I became more comfortable stepping out from behind the data and letting people see the person behind the business.
Building trust across the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex has taken years of consistency, grit, and follow-through. I’ve built my reputation one client at a time, and I’m proud that so much of my business now comes from referrals. Ironically, my most successful years have often been during the toughest markets, because when things get uncertain, experience and intuition matter most. I’ve learned to read the market when the data can’t, and that’s where I thrive.

Real estate is truly my life’s work… I’m just getting started! I specialize in a wide range of properties — from new builds, farmland, homes with acreage, and pre-owned homes, to inherited estates and investment properties. No matter the price point or type of property, my focus is always on providing expert guidance, protecting equity, and helping clients make confident, pressure-free decisions.
What sets me apart is my ability to navigate any market, even when conditions are challenging. I rely on experience & market insight to guide clients through complex decisions — whether it’s turning a first home into growing equity, selling a property without losing lifetime value. I’m not about flashy marketing; I’m about results, trust, and building long-term relationships.
Outside of real estate, I love working out, being outdoors, exploring cities, doing adventure activities, and spending time with animals. My focus is always on being the best version of Brittany I can show up as — a leader, an energy-based person, and someone who gives herself grace while showing up fully for others.
What matters most to you?
What matters most to me is the quality of my life experiences — both with my family and with my clients. I value being intentional and mindful in every interaction, creating space for growth, transformation, and meaningful connections. For me, it’s about showing up honestly as myself, fostering trust, and making a positive impact in the lives of others while continually evolving as a person. I also have big plans on helping those in need of real estate that may not qualify for conventional lending.
