Today we’d like to introduce you to Charo Knight.
Hi Charo, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
I began releasing music publicly in 2013 with my first project “Loyalty To Greatness”. Since then I have release 6 full length projects (7 total) with my latest, ‘Hell Hath No Fury’, dropping July 2025. From performing at Universities and festivals, countless video/photo shoots and modeling collaborations, and years of curating the ‘Forever Lafamilia’ ecosystem, I’ve amassed millions of streams from fans all over the world. Now in 2026 I’m preparing to roll out new hits starting with ‘Deranged’ in June 2026
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
The most consistent struggles as an artist has come internally with the battle of self doubt and writer’s block. Other challenges I don’t see as struggles, but as obstacles God chose for my journey. Things like evolving with technology/music industry, losing friends and loved ones, losing money/not spending money effectively are all apart of the process. Balancing Life, Love and Music is an everyday battle.
Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
I’m a rap artist, specializing in creating hit records. Emphasis on ‘artist’ as you will hear a collective of melodies, lyrics and unorthodox rhythms. I’m most proud of performing with Kodak Black in on his Dying to Live Tour stop in Dallas and having both my parents fully supportive of my career. The difference between me and others is apparent, before you press play you can see it and once you press play you can hear it.
