Life & Work with Denise Wolford of Dallas-Fort Worth

Today we’d like to introduce you to Denise Wolford.

Hi Denise , please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
Pushing past the pain of toxic relationships.
Putting all the wisdom and knowledge together over the past 29 1/2 years made me realize how important it is to love yourself unconditionally. When I look at how unhappy people are with themselves and the bad relationships they continue to settle for makes me want to continue to share my story on H.H.R= Happy Healthy Relationships!

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It became smooth once I closed that chapter and started a new one on July 20,1996

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
I’m a 29 1/2 year survivor of domestic & teen violence. My voice for the voiceless has captured the attention of many hurt people around the world reaching out to me on how to step away from those types of situations. My advice to anyone that has the faith to step and see what’s behind door # 2 has to offer I encourage it to the 10th power. What sets me apart from others is I’ve seen what hurt looks like in these 29 markets 14 States & 2 Countries…Hurt is Hurt and solutions to it is to ask yourself how valuable are you to YOU! Only you know when enough is enough. Now seek help and live again.

Is there anyone you’d like to thank or give credit to?
