Today we’d like to introduce you to Anthony Gonzalez.
So, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
It’s crazy because it was out of desperation kind of. I was actually an executive chef spending most of my time in the kitchen but the hours really started to get to me. I knew I liked to work with my hands so I took a position as a maintenance technician at a few different apartment complexes but I just knew I wanted more. I started advertising myself and my services and just took a leap of faith, I fell down a lot in my first year but I can never say I didn’t want more after each time.
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
From having the wrong employees, to not having much work to show yet for what I could actually do was definitely one of the hardest parts. Having close friends and family truly believe in me is how I continue to receive these blessings.
Alright – so let’s talk business. Tell us about Luxury Construction TX – what should we know?
We are a full-service company from the ground up. We specialize in new concrete, interior exterior repaints, epoxy, and patios! There really isn’t anything my team can’t do. I am very proud of my teams work ethic and ability to never give up. A few of them have been with me since the beginning when I was falling down bad and still believe in the end goal so I can’t be anything but thankful.
Is there a characteristic or quality that you feel is essential to success?
We help our community a lot free of charge whenever we get the chance! We have been blessed with a lot of work since day one and love to give back when we can and where it’s needed!
