Today we’d like to introduce you to Chanda Kea.
Hi Chanda, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
My design journey begins for family and friends. When I staged my home for sale several years ago in Central Texas and I had an offer for it in less than 24 hours it was then that I knew that I needed to be doing this thing as a career. In 2013, my family and I relocated to the Dallas area and that is when my season as an Interior Designer with my own company began to unfold.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
The road has not always been smooth, but it has been worth it. I have learned many lessons and had many triumphs. No matter how hard things get you have to keep moving and trust God for your expected end.
We’ve been impressed with Kea Interiors, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Kea Interiors is a luxury interior design company that specializes in hotel feel design. We create sophisticated, functional spaces for busy professionals and increase their quality of life. What do you like best about our city? What do you like least?
I love McKinney because it’s about community, great eats and has great events for the entire family. I live in a great neighborhood and have serviced great clients with making their house feel like home here.
