Enrique, Paul, and David, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
See I’ve been producing music for about 9 years and technology just runs in my family.
The reason SolidART is here today is because of change. Being in the music industry for 9 years you hear and see a lot of things gone wrong so I wanted to change, I like upfront and personal, you know? Creating a platform that delivers a p2p (person to person), p2b (person to business) & b2b (business to business) content for all of our creators. (Creators are Musicians, Producers, Social Comedies, Film (Photographers, Videographers)
When the ideal of solidart come about, I was in my office (my guest bedroom/home recording studio. My goal was to fix the booking system for an artist to have access to all type studios nationwide. A membership service, that helps studios get more clients and help creators create their content with HQ studio hosts. Once I started working out our booking system for SolidART, the more complex our business grew, SolidART went from a booking app to an all in one Media Control Center for all users.
SolidART has been featured in Financial Times and Sponsored Gun Violence Organizations (CJRC, LIVE FREE). In 1 year I’ve drove SolidART from a 300sf bedroom to a 3700sf warehouse filled with technology and tools for creators to create content to make some revenue.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
I always thought being a CEO would be easy. There is nothing easy about being a CEO.
My life has changed 180 degrees, from the way I communicate to the way I plan my next 10 moves. Every Time SolidART gained we had to lose. Our first office, I subleased a small 3 room office, got moved and found out @ 7 pm they turn the A/C off on the whole building. (No late work) & a doctor was neighbor (No Loud Noise). Had to find another building.
Second Building, Subleased a 2700sf Flex Space unit (but still had neighbors) and everything went smoothly for us for a while! 3 1/2 months in SolidART gets an eviction notice for loud noise (crazy thing is we didn’t open a business to late night) after hours. Lost my car to pay my employees, I eventual bought another car.
SolidART – what should we know? What do you guys do best? What sets you apart from the competition?
SolidART is an innovative social media app that combines the social interaction with the joy of creating and controlling your music creations from your mobile phone in what has been termed “Mediatainment”, fun and secure. From booking recording studios from your living room couch to broadcasting your private concert using SolidART virtual & augmented reality features. SolidART facilitates creators projects, media distribution and exclusive broadcasting at the same time, allowing you to make a really enjoyable social experience out of self-serve social mediatainment controlling.
I am the glue to SolidART, I make sure I learn every feature about my company. I specialize in audio production, making sure all clients are satisfied.
The pushing force of the SolidART vision is the blockchain spirit and concept. Our primary goal is to get Cryptocurrency open to the music sector, which is an important place in real life, and to catch the project spirit that will enable constructive projects and Cryptocurrency to gain notable market shares. SolidART aims to stop
organizing, filtering or promoting in the sector and for digital media to reach people through the minimum influence in the chain. Moreover, it plans to open up revolutionary activities and productions in the sector. After digital media sales SolidART is planning Crypto-financed world-class concerts, Live AR Concerts, full social media network will take place. There are even plans for a performance hall that works only with cryptocurrency.
What is “success” or “successful” for you?
Success to me is living without worry, knowing my duties are done and I can relax with ease until then I will work till I reach it.
