A chef of intense passion, Eric Patterson is a Dallas native who creates boldly flavored, deeply satisfying dishes. He has an exuberant, approachable cooking style and an infectious love of food. A deeply embedded culinary root from his parents and the opportunities to travel the world inspire Chef Eric to create simple yet sophisticated dishes that contain a rich history and tell stories.
He is a graduate of El Centro College Food and Hospitality Institute and received a degree in culinary arts and food and hospitality service management. His education equipped him with the necessary tools to provide a plethora of dishes and service for those who need his artistry.
Fashion, design, media, and the arts are valuable sources of inspiration for Chef Eric. He channels his artistic skills of organization and design onto the plate. His philosophy: to turn simple into sexy. His culinary journey began when he attempted to live through one of the darkest times in his life. Finding solace in food, he honed his skills in the kitchens of master chefs and caterers. He shared his knowledge with his family and friends.
Although his clients range from executives to celebrities, his mission is to see all people who are passionate about food; its traditions and cooking methods. Food is one of the things that has the power to bring us all together.
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
It hasn’t been a road that I would wish on anyone! A road full of rejection, fighting with insecurities and trying to gather the resources needed to become an independent entrepreneur.

Our capabilities go beyond the culinary landscape to full-scale event design and production. We can assist in every level of design and production to ensure each detail is managed with care and executed flawlessly. From venue sourcing, event design, and menu planning, to décor, lighting, music, and amenities.
The team has a successful history of event planning. From upfront presentations, all-day seminars, media activations, weddings, mitzvahs, corporate events, fundraisers, anniversary parties, concerts, and numerous other important occasions.
Were most proud of our ability to accommodate and exceed expectations for their event. What sets us apart? Our deep knowledge of the science of food, simplifying complex flavor profiles, and the attention to detail that makes our clients feel that what we do is exclusive to them.
