My mom loves to cook and satisfy people’s appetite with hearty Vietnamese food. I have experience running franchieses but always wanted to create a brand of my own. With our experiences and passions combined, Saigon Box was born. Saigon Box is modern yet approchable Vietnamese restaurant with most of our menu items convenienty boxed to go which coincidentally has worked well during this pandemic. Saigon is the famous and metropolitan city in Vietnam; hence, “Saigon Box.”
Has it been a smooth road?
Given this was our first homegrown concept, we’ve learned how to efficiently scale our operations while not compromising on quality. We want every bite to taste like the meal was made just for that customer.

Saigon Box specializes in Vietnamese cuisine with a modern flair. We are known for our slow-cooked beef and chicken pho, our banh mi sandwiches and Vietnamese cafe sua da coffee. We’re proud that we don’t compromise on quality even if it costs more to use certain ingredients. For example, we use only beef bones with marrow to ensure a hearty and collagen-rich broth. We don’t use any filler bones here.
Is our city a good place to do what you do?
Frisco is a diverse city with diverse palates and has been welcoming and supportive of our Vietnamese restaurant even during the pandemic. We appreciate our regulars oh so much.
