Irene, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
Passionately Baking Since Baking has never been just a hobby for me—it is my absolute passion. I am a dedicated, from-scratch bakery in Fort Worth, where quality and freshness are always my top priority.
Before the pandemic, I proudly supplied over 25 unique products to local coffee shops. Today, we are thrilled to enter our next chapter with the official relaunch of the bakery, now featuring a fully integrated online ordering system!

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
The Journey Back to Baking
The road to relaunch has not been smooth, especially while doing it all alone. The delays have been frustrating, but I believe the hardest struggles make the journey worth traveling. I have deeply missed filling Fort Worth coffee shops with scratch-made treats, and I’m so ready to be back.
Through all the challenges, my passion never stopped growing. In fact, I have used this time to expand the menu!

As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
I bake with passion and a genuine love for what I do. The kitchen is my happy place, where I can create products that bring joy to others. I specialize in gluten-free and vegan baked goods, which have become some of my most popular offerings, along with my delicious cakes. What I am most proud of is my resilience-giving up is not an option for me. What sets me apart is not only the quality and variety of my products but also my commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
I am very excited to getting my new products into the coffee shops as well as selling them online
Can you tell us more about what you were like growing up?
I was very quiet and reserved. However, as I got older and started working, things started changing. I spent many years doing network marketing which was a game changer for me and changed my personality totally. This also helped me in my bakery today. Reading lots of motivational and business books. I am a Greek Orthodox Christian. My church and my faith are very important to me. I love entertaining at home, cooking and baking. I also spent a year giving private cooking lessons. I was born and grew up in South Africa, Johannesburg. I lived in Greece for 5 years, where I also got married and I have been living in the US for 14 years now. My Greek heritage and living in three different countries across three different continents have brought something different to my baked goods. I love to read but unfortunately, I don’t do it as much as I would like to.
