Today we’d like to introduce you to Kheiston Tilford.

Thanks for sharing your story with us Kheiston. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
I’ve always been into art and it’s always been something that was just natural for me. In college, I was apart of numerous organizations and clubs. Being the president and sitting on many of the boards for these organizations I was often tasked with creating flyers or over marketing. Being in these positions pushed me to start learning more about graphic design.

Over the years, I’ve learned to monetize my work and worth and built a digital agency. I would say it was all apart of Gods plan…a bigger plan. I always knew I’d own my own business but was never sure what it would be in. To have started a sustainable business from a hobby has been a joy, challenging and purposeful. I’ve been able to work with so many amazing people, businesses and brands I never imagined working with.

Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
It has not been a smooth road. I like to say If it’s easy it probably isn’t purposeful. Running a business can be a challenge but I enjoy what I’ve been blessed to do so it makes what it 10x easier. The struggles I’ve faced along the way are trying to build alone, having work-life balance and starting over in a new city. Luckily all of these challenges have my business more sustainable, reputable and so much better.

I’m the owner of Tilford Consulting and Services. I serve as the creative director and branding strategist. We help entrepreneurs, businesses, and organizations create platforms that turn purpose into profit. We are specialized in website design and branding. We are known for a modern, classy, sleek websites, marketing, and work as a consulting agency.

First and foremost, God deserves all of the credit. I would like to also think our clients who worked with us from the very beginning, those who are working with us now, continually and anyone who has supported us along the way.
