My journey into the world of events began during one of the most challenging times in recent history: the COVID-19 pandemic. While the world paused, I discovered my passion for creating moments that mattered. I saw a void in meaningful experiences and safe gatherings and made it my mission to bring people together again, with elegance and purpose.
What started as small, intimate celebrations quickly evolved into a dynamic career. I began working with local restaurants and venues, offering insight and creativity to help these businesses bounce back stronger than ever. My eye for design, knack for storytelling, and strategic mindset allowed me to curate experiences that drove traffic, enhanced visibility, and boosted revenue for my clients. Today, I’m not just an event planner, I’m also a trusted collaborator and business developer for multiple establishments across Dallas-Fort Worth.
I transform ordinary events into unforgettable, themed experiences. From immersive cultural events to glamorous nightlife affairs, my public events are magnetic—drawing in hundreds of attendees who crave something different, something elite. I have grown to wear many hats, as curator, producer, director, and talent manager, which all contribute to my well-rounded and powerful approach to event planning.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
When growing a business, especially in the entertainment industry there are so many growing pains that you have to endure. There are always obstacles that I have to overcome being a business owner of a small woman black owned business. One of the struggles in the beginning stages was truly knowing what was needed to be able to have a successful operating event business and obtaining the tools and resources. Not being from Dallas made the mission a little more difficult as I had to create a name for myself and create new relationships within the community as well as local businesses. Talk about a lot time networking, social mixers, and endless hours of talking!! Another factor that I learned along the way was creating the team that fit with the company dynamic and culture. We all had to have the same visions, desires, and end goals for the betterment of Eventi Elite Planning, LLC!

At Eventi Elite Planning, LLC, we specialize in curating unforgettable experiences, from private celebrations to large-scale community events. Founded by me, Larissa Clark, our company is rooted in the belief that every event should feel meaningful, intentional, and uniquely reflective of the people or purpose behind it.
Our services range from luxury wedding day-of coordination to full-scale event production and talent management. Beyond weddings, Eventi Elite Planning is deeply committed to the community. I serve as the curator and producer of Taste of West End, a signature cultural event held in the Historic West End of Dallas. I’m also involved in directing and managing talent to ensure each experience is dynamic and cohesive from start to finish.
What sets us apart is the creative direction and personal investment we bring to every project. I don’t just plan events, I direct the narrative, shape the vibe, and ensure the experience lingers long after the lights go down. What matters to me most is my beautiful daughter, the relationships that I have built over the years as well as building new relationships, being able to live life to the fullest with no regret, and being able to create memories and bring people together.
