Laron, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
Rabbit Hole Brewing was formed in 2012 by Laron Cheek, Tom Anderson, and Matt Morriss. We were friends and homebrewers that decided to take our hobby and turn professional.
We opened our doors (and sold our first keg) in December of 2013 and have been going strong ever since.
Has it been a smooth road?
No, it’s not been a smooth road. Changes in state laws and the explosion of local breweries creates new challenges every day.
We’d love to hear more about your business.
We are a local craft brewery started by 3 hobbyists. We have won multiple awards for our beer, included medals at GABF (Great American Beer Fest), US Open, and many other professional contests all over the US.
We specialize in underrepresented and misrepresented styles.
Is our city a good place to do what you do?
DFW as a whole is a great place for businesses like mine – but as the laws change and the area grows, location has become as important (or in some cases, more important) that a quality product.
