Hi Lauren, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
My name is Lauren Valderas I am Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner, Wife, and Mom of 3 amazing kids. I have always had a passion for caring for people. I started my nursing career in 2009. I have experience in the nursing field ranging from preoperative and postoperative care, rehabilitation hospital care, home health care, aesthetics, and being a Clinical Care Manager. In 2016 I started working at a medical spa injecting Botox and filler this is when I developed a passion for the aesthetic industry. In 2023 I obtained my Masters Degree Family Nurse Practitioner license to expand my clinical knowledge, enhance patient assessment and treatment capabilities, and provide a higher level of care within the aesthetic industry. Becoming an NP allows me to combine my passion for aesthetics with advanced medical expertise, helping patients achieve their goals safely and helping clients feel their best while enhancing their natural beauty. Along side of my Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner Career, I cherish spending time with my family and loved ones.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Challenges that I overcame was being able to balance being a mom of 3 young children, while working and finishing my masters degree.

The essential quality I have that has been most important to my success in aesthetics is the passion I have for education and learning the newest and best evidenced based outcomes.
