Meet Manuel Evans of Blessed Touches Detailing

Today we’d like to introduce you to Manuel Evans.

Manuel, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
Almost 7yrs ago I worked at a dead-end job. One day, I decide to take a leap of faith and start my detailing business. I had little training but a strong desire to succeed. Through the year I educated myself on the business and hands on side of things. Today, I am an IDA International detailing association skill certified detailer. I also now do some detailing training myself as the trainer. I am also an authorized ceramic coating installer. We offer a wide range of packages from a detail wash to a full showroom detail.

Has it been a smooth road?
It has not. It’s hard to start a detailing business with only a few customers, most of the time friend and family. But I can say that quality goes far. On every level, we always give and quality filled job which has brought my business to where it is today

So, let’s switch gears a bit and go into the Blessed Touches Detailing story. Tell us more about the business.
Well I’d say our level of quality sets us apart. We are known for our paint corrections and ceramic coating jobs. We also offer one of the best and most skilled interior jobs which has carried us for years.

How do you think the industry will change over the next decade?
The technology in the auto detailing industry in going through a major positive shift in a good direction. One of the major things like knowledge and skill levels. There is more focus on restoring the professionalism back into the industry. For years, no one really knew that mobile detailing existed but now it all over and growing. I see this industry being a lot more professional and knowledge in the years to come. Which its ultimately adding more value for the customers that really care about and want to protect their investments.
