Thanks for sharing your story with us Monica. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
One year while supporting multiple attorneys at a prestigious law firm, it occurred to me that if this could be done for “one” law firm, it could also be done for several others along with other businesses. I begin noticing and making a mental note of the various tasks that were needed and being done to support each attorney that could be used as a service offered, virtually. Hence, our virtual transcription service was born!
My diverse background as an Administrative/Executive Assistant in addition to several years of transcribing in the medical/legal field along with my education in court reporting and medical transcription provided the foundation needed to begin this business. This coupled with the love and support of my “heavenly Father”, gave me the confidence and courage to trust Him (more), step out on my faith—and see where this journey would take me.
Has it been a smooth road?
It has not been a smooth road, but a challenging one. Some of the challenges were finding customers and maintaining a consistent flow of income. The flow of customers initially were sporadic throughout the year, which created various challenges. We eventually overcame those hurdles (for the most part) and begin experiencing a consistent flow of clients/customers.

We are a virtual provider of transcription service. We transcribe audios and videos for a variety of customers, mainly in the legal, medical and insurance field.
We are proud to be able to meet customer’s deadlines (all things being equal) in a timely and efficient manner at an affordable rate.
We offer as much flexibility as possible to our clients/customers; we provide proficient research of each subject matter making each transcript produced by our service accurate; and we’re also able to utilize our diverse background and experience such as medical and legal allowing us to crossover into a variety of other industries, which allows us to adapt to just about any project presented, which is an added bonus to our customer/client.
