At NABA Style Nails, our journey began with a dream — to build a new life and a meaningful business as a family.
In May 2025, my wife Anna, our daughter, and I moved to Texas from Turkey to make this country our new home. We came not just for opportunity, but to create something of our own — something built with passion, skill, and purpose.
With Anna’s expertise as a professional nail technician and my background in business, opening a salon felt like the perfect way to combine our strengths. We wanted to create more than just a place for nails — we wanted to build an experience rooted in care, precision, and trust.
We chose McKinney because of its growing community, welcoming atmosphere, and the incredible potential we saw here. It felt like the right place to plant our roots and grow alongside a vibrant, evolving city.
At NABA Style Nails, every detail reflects our journey — from the quality of our work to the way we care for each client. As a family-owned business, we treat every guest with the same attention and respect we would want for our own.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road — but it’s been an incredible one.
Moving from Turkey to Texas meant starting from zero. We had to learn a new system, adapt to a different culture, and build our business step by step. There were challenges along the way — permits, setting everything up, and earning trust in a brand-new place.
But one of the best decisions we made was choosing McKinney.
From the beginning, the community here welcomed us in a way we’ll never forget. The support, the kindness, and the connections we’ve built have made all the difference. We’ve met incredible people who became not just clients, but friends — and that’s something truly special to us.

Do you any memories from childhood that you can share with us?
My favorite childhood memories are all the summer vacations I spent with my family and friends.
Those were the times when everything felt simple and full of joy — long days outside, laughing, exploring, and just being together without any worries. Whether it was traveling, spending time by the water, or just enjoying warm evenings, those moments created a sense of happiness and connection that has stayed with me ever since.
Looking back, it wasn’t just the places we went, but the people I was with that made those memories so special. 💛
