NueViews, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
NueViews was born from a combination of personal experience and a shared belief that professional event and wedding planners deserved better tools.
Founded by two couples, one planning a wedding and one recently married, we experienced firsthand just how fragmented the planning process could be. Important information was scattered across emails, spreadsheets, notes, calendars, vendor websites, and multiple platforms, making it difficult to keep everyone organized and on the same page.
As conversations continued, it became clear that this wasn’t just a challenge for couples, it was something professional event and wedding planners navigated every day. The more we learned about the industry and listened to planners, the more we realized there was an opportunity to create a better way.
That shared vision became the foundation of NueViews: a platform designed to bring communication, collaboration, and coordination into one place through a system planners can trust.
The first prototype was built shortly after, and since then, NueViews has continued to evolve through conversations with planners. Today, our mission remains the same: to help planners spend less time managing logistics and more time creating exceptional events and growing their businesses.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Building a platform that genuinely simplifies event planning has required patience, persistence, and a willingness to continually learn from the professionals we serve.
One of our biggest challenges has been deciding what not to build. Instead of constantly adding new features, our goal has been to create a platform that addresses specific planning pain points. From day one, we made the decision to bootstrap NueViews, carefully prioritizing every feature and investment while staying focused on creating meaningful value instead of simply adding more functionality. Every decision comes back to one question: Will this make planners’ lives easier?
Building NueViews while balancing careers, businesses, and young families has also required discipline and a shared commitment to a long-term vision. It reinforced our belief that the best products aren’t built overnight, they’re built by consistently listening, refining, and continually improving based on real-world feedback.

We’re not building event planning software simply to help planners complete more tasks. We’re building a system that gives them more freedom—to serve their clients well, grow their businesses, and create more space for the people and moments that matter most.
