Today we’d like to introduce you to Phuong Tran.
Phuong, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
I started off doing hair transplant in 2005 with a big company MHR. I’ve practiced, learned, and excelled in the hair transplant field as a technician since 2005 and up til now, I am still doing a hair transplant.
I then transition over to traveling doing hair transplant since 2009 til 2016. In 2016 I met the Director of Maxim hair restoration and started there with a promotion of being a manager of the hair transplant practice in Dallas.
Within all those years, I’ve learned from many other technicians and doctors to perform my skills better and faster. Many doctors shared their tips on how to inject local anesthesia, the angle of the hairs, and how to fulfill the patient desire for a full head of hairs.
From there on, I’ve used all the advice and what I learned and took it to another level which was being promoted to managing Maxim hair restoration offices.
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
It sure wasn’t a smooth road, especially when I was traveling and having a newborn baby. I was constantly on the road from day 1 my son was born but in the end, it was well worth it.
I was constantly at the airport every other day and jumping from 1 city to another doing it for the past 10 years.
We’d love to hear more about your business.
I do hair transplant and we specialize in men/women hair loss. We restore their hair loss with their real existing hair from their donor and putting it back to where they need it. I am known for being efficient and fast at placing the follicles.
I am known for bringing our company up from day 1. I am proud of our company because we provide awesome outcome and results for our patients and our bedside manner are always a 10 stars plus.
We are sets apart from other company is our prices are always reasonable for our patient and we offer payment plans that can help our patient.
We are a company with the focus on our patient and only perform 1 patient a day, not like other company doing 2-3 patient a day jumping from room to room.
What were you like growing up?
Growing up I am always jolly, happy, and full of energy. I love shopping, fishing, and doing outdoor activities. I always wanted to move up another lever doing facial because I always love the beauty industries.
