Today we’d like to introduce you to Ronak Agarwal.
Hi Ronak, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
In May of 2023, AARO Real Estate was founded by Aarya Patel and Ronak Agarwal. Over the past year, the two have focused on providing value in real estate. They have attempted wholesaling, fix and flips, and multi-family investing. While navigating the difficult world of real estate, they two have enjoyed learning and experiencing various lessons. They have also found a lot of great connections and friends across the United States at various networking events and people they have connected with on LinkedIn.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It has not been a smooth road! There have been many struggles with finding proper leads, due diligence, and finding investment opportunities. Additionally, with Aarya Patel and Ronak Agarwal both being full time students at the University of Houston, they have had to spend a lot of time juggling various work and time commitments.

Solving problems and adding value to deliver a win-win situation in multi-family, RV parks, self-storage real estate investments. We enjoy meeting new people and making connections. We are focused on learning the real estate game and educating people as we grow.

Do you have any advice for those just starting out?
Getting started is the hardest part. The next thing to focus on is doing the ordinary things an extraordinary amount of times. We love to learn and make mistakes, because making mistakes is the fastest way to learn what not to do.
