Meet Rozy Morani of Angel Babies Floral Company

Today we’d like to introduce you to Rozy Morani.

Hi Rozy, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
My journey with Angel Babies started simply, with a love of putting bouquets together for the people I care about. My best friend, who shares that same love of flowers, encouraged me to take it further and turn it into something real. So I made sample arrangements, photographed them, built a website, and launched the business on my daughter’s birthday, a date that felt right to start something new.

Since then, it’s been a steady process of learning and growing. I’ve had to figure out everything from sourcing flowers to managing a business on my own, all while staying true to what made me want to do this in the first place: creating something personal and meaningful for each client. Word of mouth, family and friends, and social media have helped me build a loyal clientele, and I’ve expanded beyond custom arrangements into flower bars at events, pop-ups, and soon, flower arranging classes.

Today, Angel Babies is still very much a one-woman operation, but it’s grown into something I’m incredibly proud of. Every step has taught me something new, and I’m excited for where it’s headed.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It hasn’t been a completely smooth road, and I think that’s true for most small businesses. One of the biggest learning curves has been the business side of working with flowers. Things like sourcing, vendor relationships, and inventory management were not things I had experience with, so I had to learn a lot of it as I went. On top of that, like many in this industry, I’ve felt the impact of rising costs in recent years. Flowers, supplies, and overall expenses have gone up, which means constantly reevaluating pricing and finding ways to maintain quality without passing too much of that burden onto my clients.

As you know, we’re big fans of Angel Babies Floral Company . For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about the brand?
Angel Babies Floral Company is a boutique floral studio based in the DFW area, built around one core idea: every arrangement should feel personal. I specialize in custom 1:1 bouquets, meaning I work directly with each client to design something tailored to them, whether it’s for a birthday, anniversary, sympathy, or just because. Free local delivery is part of the experience, adding a personal touch that I think really matters.

What sets Angel Babies apart is that it’s truly a one-person operation. I’m the buyer, designer, marketer, customer service team, and often the delivery driver too. That means every single arrangement that leaves my studio has been touched by me personally, with care and attention from start to finish. There’s no assembly line and no generic templates, just thoughtful, custom work.

Beyond custom arrangements, I’ve expanded into flower bars at events, pop-ups, and I’m currently developing flower arranging classes, all ways to bring people closer to the joy of flowers and to the Angel Babies brand.

What I’m most proud of, brand-wise, is the relationships I’ve built. So many clients return again and again, and I love being part of their celebrations and milestones. If there’s one thing I want readers to know about Angel Babies, it’s that when you order from us, you’re getting more than flowers. You’re getting something made with intention, heart, and a personal touch that’s hard to find anywhere else.

What matters most to you? Why?
What matters most to me is being able to do something creative that I genuinely love, while still being present for my two kids, who Angel Babies is actually named after. Their nicknames inspired the business name, so in a lot of ways, this company is an extension of my family. Being able to build something meaningful around my passion, on my own terms, while still showing up for them every day, that’s everything to me.
