TECHNOLOGY is the future and the way we are educating our K-12 population it is not possible to make this generation ready for future jobs.
COVID is another example why we need to improve technology for the K-12 domain.

iCode brand was a small start up in 2019, and taking the ownership of a small startup from the scratch was a big challenge. It took me 4 plus years to work day and night 80 plus hours every week to establish iCode Southlake. My family, especially both boys, helped me facilitate this process with ongoing support. - Rapidly Evolving Technology: The technology landscape is constantly changing, and keeping the curriculum and programs up-to-date with the latest trends can be a challenge for coding schools. However, our corporate office, especially our curriculum team helped us navigate through this smoothly on a yearly basis. It requires continuous monitoring and updating of curriculum course content according to K-12 graduation standards (TEKS)
- Competition: The coding education industry is becoming increasingly competitive. With the rise of various online platforms and coding bootcamps, attracting and retaining students can be a challenge for traditional brick-and-mortar institutions like iCode-Southlake. For iCode our unique standing is due to our proprietary curriculum that makes us unique in the industry.
- Skilled Instructors: We provide inhouse one on one training to our instructors, to meet our expectations and standards.
