Today we’d like to introduce you to Vashti Sheppard.
Vashti, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
I have always had a passion for women’s health. As a teenager, my late grandmother battled cervical cancer and beat it. Growing through that process with her deepened my passion for wanting to learn more about the woman’s body and to be able to serve women in that area. I am currently studying to become a nurse with future plans to work in women’s health.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
It has not been a smooth road. Managing a business, being a full-time student, and working has me on a tight schedule. Stumbling blocks have appeared on the road but it is only a sign of progression to me so I always keep going. If you are not moving forward, you won’t ever stumble. Time management, consistency, organization, and discipline has been the key factors that has helped guide me through this process.

I am a Vaginal Steam practitioner. I specialize in providing herbal steams for the womb. I take great joy and pride in being able to provide a holistic healing method as well as a healthy practice for women’s health. What sets me apart is that I am passionate about the health of women and I create a safe space not only for women to enjoy luxurious steam but to be more comfortable discussing the issues concerning their reproductive system.
What is “success” or “successful” for you?
Success to me is fulfilling all of the things I dreamt of doing as a child as an adult.
