Today we’d like to introduce you to BĘÅÇH GØTHS.
Hi BĘÅÇH, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
My name is Francesco Lester Guevara & I’m the vocalist/bassist for Bęåçh Gøths, I didn’t start Bęåçh Gøths alone as many people have asked or assumed. I cant recall & exact date, I do recall it being winter of 2020 ish going into 2021. Had picked up gardening at the time & miss it badly but some storm came killed all my flower & while crushed, my depression & boredom started creeping up again a man ive know for years named Reynaldo Castro who is a very close friend, had picked up drumming & we jammed on & off. He would bother me on & on about starting a band & one day around early 2021 I said “fuck it, ill entertain your idea” & slowly all the way to summer of 2021 Bęåçh Gøths was slowly being created, while most ideas come from me & i do most of the writing the sound that Bęåçh Gøths has wouldn’t be a thing if not for him, he no longer drums for the band, no bad blood we play on rare occasions but life happens & he genuinely has important things in life that he cant sacrifice for the band & I completely understand that.
Now 2026 I play with my homie Hasan, he brings he’s own sound to the band & we share a lot of the same taste music wise. Its genuinely made me wanna write & experiment more with the band. Besides that Bęåçh Gøths hasn’t changed all that much either, I feel like people will get what were about first listen or if they ever seen us play live.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Too many literally the thought of it made me chuckle & hurt inside a bit.
Money, getting bands/venues to give us the light of day, equipment breaking, barely affording new stuff( I wish i could afford a rickenbacker bass & ampeg amp/speaker) personal life getting in the way as well.
Its not smooth but its been fun, the politics of the band can rub people the wrong way too but we move on.

Just do it, if it doesn’t work out it doesnt. Not the end of the world.
Build community doing shit alone is hard & having friends, family by your side helps.
Educate yourself too, reading isnt always fun, sometimes not at all but the conversations that education provides is fun. Alone or not its always better to go into things with a level of knowledge you won’t learn everything but it may make the road have less potholes.
