Today we’d like to introduce you to Jean-Marc Sattie.
Hi Jean-Marc , can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
My Story is one of restoration, hope, a deep search for purpose and eventually finding it in Jesus Christ.
For a long time, I thought fulfillment would come from success, money, accomplishments, or having everything figured out. Like many young people, I was trying to build a future for myself while also trying to understand who I was and why I was here. Even when things seemed to be moving in the right direction, there was still a sense that something was missing.
Over time, God began to show me that the purpose I was looking for couldn’t be found in the world rather it’s found in Him. Through challenges, mistakes, and seasons of uncertainty, I experienced His grace and restoration firsthand. What I once saw as setbacks became part of the story God was using to shape me.
Today, I’m passionate about helping others. With a Christ-centered mission in cleaning, financial education, and Authorship, my call is to bring restoration of hope into every space. That book came from my own journey of discovering that no matter how broken, lost, or discouraged someone may feel, God can restore their hope and give their life purpose.
I’m still learning and growing every day, but my mission is simple: to honor God, serve people, and help others realize that their past doesn’t have to define their future. If my story shows anything, it’s that God can take ordinary people, restore what seems broken, and use their lives for something greater than they ever imagined.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
The road will never be smooth!
One of my biggest struggle was the constant wrestle with the question about career, future, and what I was suppose to do with my life. Fear of failure, financial limitation and essentially opinions of people.
I needed to know if there was a different route then the traditional go to college, whihc led me to a minor detour where all these challenges essentially built me into who I’m today.
Looking back, I can see that the struggles were actually part of God’s preparation. They taught me perseverance, strengthened my faith, and helped shape the message I now share with others: that even when life doesn’t go according to plan, God can use those difficult seasons to restore hope and lead you into His purpose.
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
I recently became an author with the release of A Hope Restored, a book that shares my journey of faith, restoration, and discovering purpose through Christ. In addition to my work in finance and cleaning ,I see writing, mentoring, and encouraging others as an important part of my calling.
What I’m most proud of isn’t a business achievement or financial milestone it’s seeing how God has used my story to encourage others. Whether it’s helping a client understand their finances, sharing biblical principles about stewardship, or hearing from someone who was impacted by my book, those moments mean the most to me.
I think what sets me apart is that I don’t see finances, business, and faith as separate things. Many people view money simply as a tool for personal success, but I believe it’s something we can use to serve others, create opportunities, and honor God. My goal has never been just to build a career; it’s to build a life that reflects my faith and helps people find hope, purpose, and direction.
At the end of the day, I want to be known as someone who genuinely cares about people and uses every opportunity—whether through finance, business, writing, or ministry—to make a positive impact in their lives.
What do you like best about our city? What do you like least?
Dallas, the D!
One of the most recognized city in America. Living in Dallas for 12 years I can say it’s a place for growth, opportunity and transformation. People are receptive, a lot of creativity but not structure or direction for impact.
What I like the least is that the influence in this city isn’t used to impact others for better or change.
But! I know a time is coming and is even now, where well see the creativity of this city and influence be used to glorify Jesus, through music, art, design, and business ect.
