Hi Katt, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
I started my journey in the beauty industry in 2014, when I became a certified lash artist. What began as a simple curiosity quickly turned into a passion. I loved the precision, the artistry, and the confidence it brought to my clients. As my skills grew, so did my desire to offer more. That led me to become a licensed esthetician in 2016, which opened the door for me to understand skin on a deeper level and provide more complete care.
Over the years, I’ve dedicated myself to mastering my craft. I’ve worked with a variety of clients, continued my education, and refined my techniques to become a master lash artist and skincare professional. Every step of the way, my focus has been on providing high-quality, personalized services and creating an experience where clients feel comfortable, cared for, and beautiful.
Today, I’m proud of how far I’ve come — from starting with lashes in 2014 to building a career where I get to transform faces and boost confidence every day. And I’m still growing, still learning, and still passionate about elevating beauty through artistry and knowledge.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It hasn’t always been a smooth road. Like many in the beauty industry, I faced several challenges along the way. In the beginning, building a consistent clientele took time, patience, and a lot of dedication. I had to learn how to balance the technical side of my work with the business side – marketing, scheduling, pricing, and managing the demands of growing as both an artist and a professional.
There were moments where I questioned my progress or felt pressure to keep up in a fast-evolving industry. New trends, new techniques, and new artists are constantly emerging, so staying educated and maintaining confidence in my skills has been an ongoing effort.
I also had to overcome the normal challenges that come with running a service-based business – last-minute cancellations, long hours, and the need to show up consistently even on difficult days.
But each challenge taught me something valuable. They pushed me to refine my craft, elevate my standards, and build a stronger, more resilient foundation for my career. The journey hasn’t been perfect, but it’s made me a better esthetician, a better lash artist, and a more grounded professional overall.

I am a licensed esthetician and master lash artist specializing in advanced lash extension techniques and customized skincare. My work focuses on enhancing natural beauty in a way that looks refined, clean, and tailored to each client. I’m known for my precision, my eye for detail, and creating results that are both long-lasting and natural-looking.
In my esthetics work, I prioritize education and understanding the skin from the inside out. Whether it’s corrective skincare, maintaining healthy lashes, or helping clients build a routine that actually works for their lifestyle, I aim to make every service both results-driven and relaxing.
I’m most proud of the trust I’ve built with my clients over the years. Many of them have been with me long-term, and knowing that they feel comfortable, safe, and confident in my hands means everything to me. I also take pride in continuously investing in my education , staying current with new techniques, products, and safety standards.
What sets me apart is my commitment to quality and my ability to truly personalize every service. I don’t take a “one size fits all” approach. I take my time to understand each client’s features, skin, habits, and goals, so the results feel uniquely theirs. My goal is always to elevate their natural beauty while maintaining the health of their skin and lashes.
What quality or characteristic do you feel is most important to your success?
The quality that has been most important to my success is consistency. Showing up, staying committed to my craft, and delivering the same level of quality every single time has built trust with my clients and helped me grow long-term. In the beauty industry, consistency is everything it’s what keeps clients coming back and what strengthens your reputation over time.
Another characteristic that has played a big role is my willingness to keep learning. Techniques change, products evolve, and trends come and go. Staying curious, investing in my education, and always trying to improve has helped me stay confident and competitive.
Lastly, I believe my ability to genuinely connect with people has made a huge difference. Clients don’t just remember the service , they remember how you make them feel. Creating a comfortable, welcoming environment where people feel heard and cared for has allowed me to build real relationships and a loyal clientele.
