Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
My journey began with a deep curiosity about the connection between the mind, emotions, energy, and human transformation. Originally from Mexico City, I earned my degree in Business Administration from UNAM, but over time I realized my true calling was helping people heal, reconnect with themselves, and unlock their highest potential.
Since 2012, I have worked as a Master Hypnotherapy, helping hundreds of men and women overcome emotional blocks, anxiety, trauma, self-sabotage, and limiting beliefs.
As my practice grew, I realized many people needed accessible support beyond one-on-one sessions. That vision inspired me to create LumenSoul App — a transformational wellness app designed to help people reprogram their minds, elevate their emotional well-being, and reconnect with their inner power through guided meditations.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
One of the biggest challenges was building credibility in fields like hypnotherapy and holistic healing, especially years ago when many people were still skeptical about these types of therapies. I had to work to my Latin community in DFW , earn their trust, and demonstrate that emotional healing and subconscious reprogramming can create real transformation in people’s lives.
For other hand the creating my new app, LumenSoul, has been one of the most exciting but also one of the most demanding projects of my career. Developing a wellness and transformational platform from the ground up required learning an entirely new world — app development and navigating the approval processes for platforms like Apple and Google. It can’t be a real with out my team support. We Have been moments that setbacks that tested my patience and resilience.
Looking back, those matters gave me the empathy, discipline, and vision I have today. They also strengthened my mission to help people realize that transformation is possible through their subconscience mind.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I am most passionate about is my new platform: the LumenSoul App. I created LumenSoul with the purpose of making transformative tools more accessible to people worldwide. The app offers guided sessions featuring over 200 meditations, alongside emotional wellness resources designed to help users reduce anxiety, overcome procrastination, and boost masculine energy for success. It also guides them in healing feminine energy, improving romantic relationships, reconnecting with creativity, developing an abundance mindset, and addressing many other areas aimed at elevating our consciousness and improving our daily lives.”
Any big plans?
One of my biggest goals for the future is continuing to grow and expand LumenSoul into a global wellness and personal transformation platform. When I first created the app, my vision was centered on supporting the Spanish-speaking Latino community, especially because I saw a huge need for accessible emotional wellness, mindset, and subconscious healing tools in Spanish. Many people in the Latino community are looking for support, healing, and personal growth resources, but often there are language barriers or limited culturally connected content available.
That is why LumenSoul was originally developed in Spanish — to create a safe, empowering, and transformational space where people could feel understood, supported, and inspired in their own language.
Now, I am very excited because we are expanding the platform into English as well. This is a major step for the growth of the company and for the mission behind LumenSoul. By developing the app in English, we will be able to reach not only more people across the United States, but also audiences internationally who are seeking emotional wellness, personal development, mindfulness, and subconscious transformation tools.
