Today we’d like to introduce you to Danielle Mignone.
Danielle, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
So four years ago, I was working and going to nursing school. I saw a girl who grew up in the town next to me (I actually knew her boyfriend in high school) posting about how she was making $6,000 a month FROM HER PHONE! I thought it was insane so I texted her & immediately signed up! I jumped right in and had huge goals! In January 2016, I promoted to our first rank of Executive. The next month, I went to our yearly conference, I came home and double promoted to our third rank of Emerald and earned a $2,000 bonus! I kept working but found myself missing these huge goals and kept seeing girls around me promoting and earning these massive bonuses, which was really discouraging. In September 2016, I took a step back from my business because I started working at a dermatology office and nursing clinical rotations were starting and that was my main focus. Fast forward six to eight months, I had a semester off from school and knew I needed to make as much money as I could in that short span so I started working in New York City as a Medical Assistant. I was spending more on my commute and lunch than I was making and I dug myself into a hole of debt. In October 2017, I decided to pick up my side business again and took off running. In December 2017, I double promoted again to our fifth rank of Double Diamond and was averaging over $6,000 a month! 6 months later, I promoted to our VIP rank of Triple Diamond and earned a $15,000 bonus plus five-figures a month! I was able to buy myself my dream car in January 2019, I was announced as the #122 income earner in the entire company for 2018 & I moved to Dallas with my boyfriend and our pups! In March 2019, I promoted to our seventh rank of Presidential Diamond and earned another $25,000 bonus on top of an average of $16,000 a month! Now, I’m pushing for the highest rank in our company, Ambassador Diamond, which averages about $33,000 a month! It has been the craziest four years but I wouldn’t change a single thing! If you would’ve told me when I was 21, that I would be 25, living in Dallas in a beautiful townhome, I would’ve said you’re crazy!
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
No! It has definitely not been a smooth road! I’ve experienced tragedies and have had to grieve while running my business, but the good thing about this business is that I can put it on hold when life hits. My piece of advice would be to not give up even when life gets tough. As hard as it is, keep plugging along.
What should we know about It Works? What do you do best? What sets you apart from the competition?
We are a debt-free, family-owned Christian business! We offer plant-based health, wellness and beauty products ranging from keto products to skincare and beauty to energy and detox to weight loss! We keep up with the latest trends (for example we just launched a brand new skincare line that contains the hottest ingredients on the market). Most people probably know us as “that crazy wrap company!”
I am so proud that we are always evolving. We are always launching new products to keep up with the latest trends and the newest ingredients.
