Today we’d like to introduce you to Kiera Renee.
Kiera, please share your story with us.
I started Stylers Panel back in 2014. I was modeling fashion shows and interviewing a lot of the designers I came across for my blog TrendyMii. Fashion week was approaching and I wanted to put on an event that had meaning and would inspire people. I thought of Stylers Panel. Something where I could merge my love for Journalism and my creativity.
For the next couple of years, I continued to put on these events and build my brand. Last year I launched the Stylers Panel Tour, as a way to expand the brand across the US. Today, I’ve hosted more than 20 Stylers Panel events and we’ve recently launched our Latin Division called Latina Beauty Matters
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
There is no such thing as a smooth road to success. One major struggle that I had along the way was establishing a winners mindset. It took me about 3 years to get full control of my mind and my thoughts. I would always say that I wasn’t good enough, smart enough to be an Entrepreneur. I focused on the things that didn’t really matter. Once I shifted my mindset things started to fall into place in my life and business. The advice that I have for young women is to protect your mind and take some time to reconnect with your thoughts. If you can control your thoughts then you can do anything that you out of your mind to.
Please tell us about Stylers Panel.
When people ask me what do I do, I say I receive the visions. I get the vision and then I build a team to execute. I’m most known for creating the platform Stylers Panel and giving people the opportunity to reach their fullest potential. The thing that I’m most proud of about the Stylers Panel brand is that we provide people with information that they can absorb and instantly start to apply to their brands.
One thing that sets us apart is that we remove the fluff from the conversation and get the grit of what it really means to be an Entrepreneur. We tell the real stories to success, the struggle, the failures, the depression everything. We leave nothing on the table.
Are there any apps, books, podcasts or other resources that you’ve benefited from using?
The book that I just finished reading is Battlefield of the Mind by Joyce Meyer.
